Brand & Fan Content Policy
We love it when you share our games! You can make videos, streams, screenshots, guides, drawings and posts about them, following these rules. Each game may have extra rules in its own brand policy.
1. Our brands
“SuperOvni Studios”, “Grovee”, “Go, Capy, Go!”, “Hoop X”, “Ninja Stick”, “Warfinity”, their logos (including the studio's UFO) and their characters are trademarks of SuperOvni Studios. Don't register, imitate or use them in a way that confuses people about who is behind them.
2. What you can do
- Record and stream gameplay, and post screenshots and videos on social media or video platforms.
- Earn money from your videos or streams through ads or support features on the platform where you post.
- Use our game names to say what your content is about (for example, “My Go, Capy, Go! record”).
- Link to superovni.com or to our games' official addresses.
- Make fan art, guides and reviews, positive or negative.
3. What you can't do
- Suggest that your content is official or sponsored by us. If you like, add: “This content is not official or endorsed by SuperOvni Studios.”
- Sell merchandise (t-shirts, plush toys, toys, etc.) with our logos, names or characters without written permission.
- Make copies, clones or modified versions of our games or this website, or unofficial servers.
- Use our content alongside offensive, illegal, sexual or violent material, or material meant to deceive or harm others.
- Use our brands as the name of your channel, domain, company or profile in a way that looks official.
4. Special permissions
For commercial use, collaborations or press, write to hola@superovni.com with the subject “Press”. We may update this policy or ask for content that breaks it to be removed.
